Privacy Policy
- This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as ‘Privacy Policy’) sets out how we collect, process and store personal data necessary for the services we provide through the Website.
- This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Regulations of the website www.breakandwash.pl of 29.05.2019. Definitions of terms used in this Privacy Policy have been included in the Regulations.
- The Administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’) of the User is Break&Wash Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register with the company registration number (KRS): 0000778808, tax identification number (NIP): 5213861651, running the website at www.breakandwash.pl.
- The Administrator of personal data pays special attention to ensuring privacy of the Users of the Site.
- Users’ personal data is stored and processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journey of EU L no. 119, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as ‘RODO’) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- The Administrator shall ensure appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data being processed, in particular to prevent access to them by unauthorized third parties, or their processing in violation of the provisions of generally applicable law, preventing loss of personal data, their damage or destruction.
- The Administrator processes only the data of Users (e.g. name, email address, query content) who voluntarily use some services made available on this website www.breakandwash.pl (e.g. contact via email; using the contact form, question form made available on the Website) or in case of subscribing to the newsletter processes the data for marketing purposes with the express consent given at the time of subscription. Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes may be revoked at any time by informing the Administrator at the email address: kontakt@breakandwash.pl.
- As a rule, the Administrator does not collect, process or use the User’s personal data if the User visits the Administrator’s website for informational purposes only.
- Personal data of the User may be transferred to the following recipients: entities providing services to the Administrator (i.e. IT and technical support, postal, telecommunications, consulting, legal) for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the agreement; Domain Name Registers for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the performance of the agreement on registration of a Domain Name; Certification Bodies for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the performance of the agreement on SSL certificate registration.
- Personal data may also be made available to authorized state authorities.
- The Administrator will store the User’s personal data for the period necessary to process them referred to in Act no. 7 of this Privacy Policy.
- The User has the right to:
- demand access to their personal data, their correction, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data,
- in the event that the data are processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator – the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data of the User for reasons related to his or her particular situation,
- lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

- Cookies mechanism:
- The Administrator’s website uses text files called Cookies,
- Cookies are saved by the server on the User’s computer,
- failure to agree to the storage of cookies is not associated with negative consequences for the User on the part of the Administrator. This means that browsing the Website of the Owner without cookies is fully possible,
- Cookies are not used to collect personal data,
- Cookies do not change the configuration of the User’s computer, are not used to install or uninstall any computer programs, do not interfere with the integrity of the system or User data,
- The Administrator reserves the right to use the services of third parties in the scope of developing statistics concerning the use of the Website. The Administrator declares that in such a case, no data identifying the User will be made available to such entities,
- Cookies of third parties may be used in advertisements placed on the Administrator’s website in order to enable the analysis of the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. The Privacy Policy does not regulate the use of Cookies by third parties,
- Two types of Cookies are used on the Administrator’s website: ‘session’ (session Cookies), ‘permanent’ (persistent Cookies). Session Cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s terminal equipment until logged out (leaving the website). ‘Permanent’ Cookies are stored in the User’s terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of Cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
- in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1954, 2245, 2354) The User has the right to decide on the access of Cookies to his/her computer by prior selection in the window of his/her browser,
- The User can independently and at any time change settings for Cookies by setting the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to User’s device. It can be changed by using web browser settings. Information on how to manage Cookies is available in the manuals of the manufacturers of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Opera,
- The Administrator’s website does not automatically collect any information concerning the User other than that indicated in the above Cookies.
- The Administrator reserves the right to collect IP addresses of visitors to the Website, which may be helpful in diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyses (e.g. determining from which regions the Administrator records the largest number of visits). In addition, they may be useful for administering and improving the Administrator’s website.
- Disclaimer of liability
- The Privacy Policy does not include any information concerning services or goods of entities other than the Administrator, which have been posted on the Administrator’s Website commercial, hospitable, reciprocal or not serving to achieve commercial effect;
- The Administrator is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Users, as a result of which the Administrator processes personal data provided by them in the manner specified in the Privacy Policy;
- The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes, withdraw or modify functions or properties of the Administrator’s Website, as well as to cease operations, transfer rights to the Administrator’s Website and perform any legal actions permitted by applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, the User is not entitled to any claims against the Administrator on this account.

- Amendments to the Privacy Policy
- The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, if required by law or changes introduced on the Administrator’s Website, as well as to improve the operation of the Administrator’s Website. Users will be notified about the content of changes to the Privacy Policy by placing information about the new Privacy Policy on the home page of the Website, this information will be available for at least 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days from the time of its placement. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will come into force not earlier than after 7 (seven) calendar days from the time of posting the changes on the website.
